A tax receipt will be provided for any donation of $20 or more.
CanadaHelps
CanadaHelps is a registered charity and popular online platform, that enables individuals to safely donate to over 85,000 registered Canadian charities.
Donate with a credit card or PayPal. A tax receipt is sent instantly via email.

Donate online using your credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay.

Interac e-Transfer
Donate by Interac e-Transfer to admin@msmf.ca.
In the memo field of the Interac e-Transfer, please provide the following:
- Your full name
- The mailing address for the tax receipt
- Email address and contact telephone number
By Mail
- Open and/or download the Donation Form by clicking on the button below. This will open the Donation Form in a new web browser window.
- You can use the Donation Form to donate via a cheque or credit card.
- Print the form and provide the details of the cheque or credit card, as applicable.
- Mail the Donation Form to the address provided at the bottom of the form.
